Question 3: What is the lead time for sample and production? How much does the sample cost?
Answer : It will take about 5days for sample and 14 days for mass production. The exact time depends on your design and order qty. We could send you the samples but the samples are charged. After the order is confirmed, we would pay back the sample fee.

Question 4: How’s the order process?
Answer : Confirm hat specifications – > confirm price – > proof – > confirm sample – > sign a contract, deposit payment and arrange bulk production – > finish production – > inspection (photo or real product) – > balance payment – > delivery – > after-sales service.

Question 5: What payment terms accept?
Answer : We accept alibaba secure payment.paypal, western union, T/T or L/C at sight, you just pay 50% deposit to start production and balance should be paid before shipped. We also support Trade Assurance, which assure your payment safe and on-time shipping.
